How to Transfer a Call on the NxaTel App
With NxaTel, you can easily transfer calls to a colleague or another department to ensure smooth customer service and efficient teamwork.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. While on an Active Call:
Look for the "Transfer" button on your call screen.
2. Choose Your Transfer Method:
Speak First:
Speak to the recipient before transferring the call.
Select “Speak First”, then dial the recipient’s number or choose from your contacts.
Once they confirm, complete the transfer.
Transfer Now:
Send the call directly without speaking to the recipient.
Select “Transfer Now”, then enter the recipient’s number or choose from your contacts.
The call will transfer immediately.
3. Completing the Transfer:
Once the transfer is initiated, your call will be connected to the new recipient, and you will be disconnected from the conversation.
That’s it! You’ve successfully transferred a call on NxaTel.
