How to Set Up Call Forwarding on Nxatel- calls and voicemail

If you're away from your desk or experiencing network issues, you can forward calls to another number to stay connected. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings

Open your dashboard and click on Settings.

  1. Select Your Number

Click on Numbers and choose the number you want to forward calls from.

  1. Enable Call Forwarding

Click on the three dots next to your selected number.

Select Forward to Device.

  1. Choose a Forwarding Option

Forward calls to:

  • An external number (e.g., your mobile phone).

  • A team member.

  • A team (for group call handling)

  • Click Continue to confirm and save your call forwarding preferences.

Your calls are now forwarded, ensuring you never miss an important call!
