Step-by-Step Guide
Log in to the NxaTel Web App
Open your web browser and log in to your NxaTel account.
Access the Dial Pad
From the dashboard, click "Make a Call" on the left menu or select the dial pad on the far right.
The dial pad will appear on your screen.
Dial the Number
Enter the phone number of your customer or colleague.
Start the Call
Press Enter on your keyboard to initiate the call.
Enhance Your Call Experience
While waiting for the recipient to answer, you can add notes to the call.
If they don’t answer, you have the option to leave a voicemail.
End the Call
