How to Set Up Voicemail on Nxatel- calls and voicemail

Follow these simple steps to set up voicemail for your business number:

  1. Access Settings

    • Hover over your dashboard and click on Settings on the left side of your home screen.

  1. Navigate to Phone Settings

    • Click on Phone Settings and select Numbers.

  1. Open Voicemail Options

    • Find your business number.

    • Click on the three dots next to it and select Voicemail.

  1. Record or Upload Your Voicemail Message

    • Choose between recording a new message directly in the app or uploading a pre-recorded message from your computer.

  1. Set Voicemail Preferences

    • Select the hours when calls should go to voicemail.

    • Choose how you want to be notified of new voicemails.

  2. Save Your Settings

    • Click Save, and your voicemail will be active!

Now, your business number is ready to handle missed calls professionally.
