Make a Call with NxaTel Web App- calls and voicemail

Stay connected with your customers and colleagues effortlessly using the NxaTel Web App. Follow these simple steps to make a call.

Step-by-Step Guide  

  1. Log in to the NxaTel Web App

  • Open your web browser and log in to your NxaTel account.

  1. Access the Dial Pad

  • From the dashboard, click "Make a Call" on the left menu or select the dial pad on the far right.

  • The dial pad will appear on your screen.

  1. Dial the Number

  • Enter the phone number of your customer or colleague.

  1. Start the Call

  • Press Enter on your keyboard to initiate the call.

  1. Enhance Your Call Experience

  • While waiting for the recipient to answer, you can add notes to the call.

  • If they don’t answer, you have the option to leave a voicemail.

  1. End the Call

  • Click the red button on the dial pad to end the call.
