Add a Person to a Call

Need to bring more people into the conversation? With NxaTel’s conference calling feature, you can easily add another person to your ongoing call, ensuring seamless communication between your customers and colleagues.

Step-by-Step Guide  

  1. While on a Call:

  • Look for the option add to the call.

  1. Choose How to Add the Number:

  • Select a contact from your existing contacts or click “Add Number” to enter a new number manually.

                OR

  1. Dial the Additional Number:

  • Enter the phone number of the person you want to add.

 

  1. Select Your Calling Preference:

  • At the bottom of the dial pad, you’ll see two options:

  • Call Separately – Start a separate call with the new participant.

  • Add to Call Directly – Merge them into your ongoing conversation.

That’s it! You’re now hosting a seamless conference call on NxaTel.
