Three Way Call - Web
Once the call has been initiated on the system either Outgoing or Incomming the following page is going to appear
Press the add button:
In the below picture it will then gives you an access to either select the contact from the ist or add one by clicking the keys on the add number.
After the add number key has been keyed in the following page will show where you can add the number of the person you wana add to the call.
It will give you two options:
Add to the call - Which is blind confrensing
Add Separate - Speak to the person first before adding to the call
Once the option has been choosen it will take you to the below page where the three way call has been initiated
Once the call is done the system will then allow you to add notes which will be saved about the call.
The call is now complete by pressing the complete button.
