Customer Requested Cancellation
Check the following on customer CRM profile, under contracts
  1. Does the customer have a valid contract with Nxatel?
  2. Is the copy of the contract available to send to the customer?
  3. Are the active on Porta one system or Any DATA platform we use Eg: SIM Control, Axxess etc; ?
    If you answered YES to any of the above questions, 
Open a ticket on DESK and in your use the cancellation template email
  1. To send to the customer on the open ticket 
  2. Respond to the open ticket
