Customer Requested Cancellation
Check the following on customer CRM profile, under contracts
- Does the customer have a valid contract with Nxatel?
- Is the copy of the contract available to send to the customer?
- Are the active on Porta one system or Any DATA platform we use Eg: SIM Control, Axxess etc; ?
If you answered YES to any of the above questions,
Open a ticket on DESK and in your use the cancellation template email
- To send to the customer on the open ticket
- Respond to the open ticket
